- Sucky [Cameron] (born about 1809) lived in Orange County, N.C. Sucky and her children Emeline, Arthur, Jourdan, and Patey were claimed in ownership by white enslaver Duncan Cameron (1777-1853). Sucky and her children's names and ages appear in a list of people enslaved at Leathers Plantation in 1834.
