- Abraham Mahoney was born in approximately 1822. He was the son of Robert Mahoney and Mary Yorkshire Mahoney and the brother of Robert Mahoney, James Mahoney, Bridget Mahoney, Mary Jane Mahoney Campbell, Susan Mahoney, Sally Ann Mahoney, Nelly Mahoney, Charles Mahoney, and Nancy Mahoney. He was enslaved at St. Inigoes when the 1838 sale was being planned. Abraham married Mary Ellen Queen Mahoney and was the father of Elizabeth Mahoney Campbell, Bibery Mahoney, Abraham Mahoney, Eva Mahoney, and Mary Jane Mahoney Hadley.
